Phil has proven expertise in sourcing and structuring debt for lower middle market companies and private equity firms. Phil is a 1990 graduate of the University of Michigan, residing in Phoenix with his wife and 3 children.

Rick has a Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He resides in Naperville with his wife and 2 children.

James Sheehan has over 5 years of Investment Banking experience. Prior to joining Rush Street Capital, James worked in Institutional Sales at a Chicago-based Equity Research firm. James has a Bachelors degree from Miami University of Ohio, and resides in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, studying American history, and supporting Cleveland sports teams.
