January 2020 - Chart of the Month

Credit liquidity was a topic of concern in 2019, to finish the year yields on the lowest rated junk bonds shot up to recent highs relative to double-B’s. Reduced liquidity from the Feb has no doubt affected the credit markets, but the steady climb in the yield ratio supports the broader market trend towards risk-off.
